APEX Golf – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to APEX Golf. By booking a simulator bay, purchasing a membership, or entering the facility, you agree to the following terms:

### 1. Use of Facility

APEX Golf is a self-service, 24/7 golf simulator facility. Users are responsible for their own safety and conduct at all times.

- You must use all equipment properly and as intended.

- Only clean, non-metal golf clubs are permitted.

- No reckless swinging or horseplay.

### 2. Access & Entry

- Access is granted via booking confirmation or membership credentials.

- Do not share access codes with others.

- You are responsible for anyone you allow into the facility.

### 3. Bookings & Payments

- All bookings must be made in advance through our system.

- Payments are non-refundable unless canceled within [X hours].

- Late arrivals do not extend your booking time.

### 4. Memberships

- Memberships provide access based on the plan selected.

- Unused hours do not roll over unless stated.

- Abuse of membership access may result in termination.

### 5. Damage & Liability

- You are financially responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests.

- APEX Golf is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or misuse of equipment.

### 6. Cameras & Monitoring

- The facility may be monitored by video surveillance for security and safety purposes.

### 7. Prohibited Activities

- No drug’s, smoking, or illegal activity.

- No unauthorized instruction or commercial use without approval.

### 8. Termination of Access

APEX Golf reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms.

### 9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the facility means you accept those changes.
